CRLA Clients

What can you expect as a CRLA client?
CRLA is committed to providing excellent legal advice and representation. CRLA offices provide a range of legal assistance services to our clients. We can assess a client's legal rights or defenses, provide legal advice, defend clients in civil matters, or file affirmative litigation on behalf of clients. When you become a CRLA client, you and CRLA will sign a retainer agreement that says what work CRLA will do for you. CRLA will fully provide all services listed in the agreement in a professional, competent and timely manner. CRLA will not provide any service that is not listed in the agreement, without your additional consent. All CRLA clients reserve the right to withdraw their case from CRLA or seek legal assistance with another attorney. Please contact your local CRLA office for more information regarding available services.

What are your responsibilities as a CRLA client?
As a CRLA client, we hope that you will help us better serve your needs by cooperating with staff and upholding the obligations and expectations set forth in the retainer agreement mentioned above. This retainer agreement will serve as a contract between you and CRLA and its specific terms will govern our Attorney/client relationship. Some examples of ways you may be asked to cooperate with CRLA include:

  1. Please provide any and all information and documents requested by CRLA to the best of your ability;
  2. Please honor all scheduled appointments or give advance notice for cancellations;
  3. Please appear at depositions, hearings, or trials as requested;
  4. Please be prepared to testify in court when required or appropriate;
  5. Please notify CRLA of any changes in your address, phone number, or income.
